NiSO4 crystals grown on microslide. Nice rod shape crystal formed with branches.
CuSO4 crystals grown on microslide. The usual rhombic shape.

NiSO4 crystals tend to grow around the capillary tube, while the CuSO4 crystal grow on one end of the tube.

Those crystals are way better-looking if you view them with your eyes. My phone's camera sucks and didn't capture all the interesting details actually....
